Getting into the groove, feeling these workouts add up

Its been a good week in terms of getting workouts done and managing to really stay on top of my intervals. Some challenges at home with the 6 month old deciding she doesn’t need top sleep anymore. None the less we’ve made it work… ok i’m realising im using the word “we”! It’s because my wife and I really needed to make some adjustments to fit her PT work and my training in.

My base is getting stronger and I can certainly feel these sessions build up in the legs by Sunday. Here is a video of my weekly roundup taken right after this weeks club ride.

Next week we’re adding on over a 3rd more in terms of time at threshold as well as a really intense cadence session.

Here’s me training while we had company on a Friday night. Food ordered, getting a session in before it arrived (pizza!).
